[T0/][Two Departments: Support Basic Research in Frontier Technology Directions Such as Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Storage, 3D Heterogeneous Integrated Chips, and All-Solid-State Batteries] The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration for Market Regulation have issued the "Action Plan for Stable Growth of the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry from 2025 to 2026." The plan points out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of innovation platforms such as manufacturing innovation centers in the field of electronic information, and enhance the supply of key common technologies in the industry. Through key special projects in relevant fields of the National Key R&D Program, continuous support will be provided for scientific and technological innovation in areas such as integrated circuits, advanced computing, future displays, and new industrial control systems. Efforts will be made to improve the efficiency of collaborative research and development, and to support basic research in frontier technology directions such as artificial intelligence, advanced storage, 3D heterogeneous integrated chips, and all-solid-state batteries. Technical breakthroughs will be carried out focusing on key links in the photonics field, with increased R&D investment in high-speed optical chips, optoelectronic co-packaging, and other areas, promoting the integration of optical architecture with existing electrical architecture system ecosystems. Strategic planning and layout for the spatiotemporal information industry will be conducted, promoting the coordinated development of satellite positioning, navigation, timing, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), communications, and networks, and breaking through key Beidou technologies such as multi-source fusion positioning, seamless indoor and outdoor positioning, low-orbit navigation enhancement, and adaptive anti-jamming and anti-spoofing. Accelerate the research on new industrial control systems and operating system architectures that are networked, open, intelligent, and collaborative. Speed up the promotion of the RISC-V industry, facilitating product R&D, standard system construction, application implementation, and international cooperation.[T1/] Click for more details [T2/][Canmax: Samples Sent to Top-Tier Enterprises in Sulphide Solid Electrolytes] Canmax stated on the interactive platform that its subsidiary Jiangsu Yili has developed medium/high nickel high-voltage ternary cathode and LCO products, with multiple products reaching mass production status; the subsidiary, through unique doping, coating, structural, and defect regulation technologies, has developed lithium-rich manganese-based and spinel nickel-manganese acid lithium cathode materials, which have been sent to multiple customers for sampling and received qualified evaluation results, achieving sales of some products; at the same time, the company is conducting R&D and industrialisation of lithium sulfide, a core raw material for sulphide solid electrolytes, and has sent samples to top-tier enterprises in sulphide solid electrolytes, receiving positive feedback, and is now in the process of further scaling up. (Cailian Press)[T3/] [T4/][Lead Intelligent Equipment: Successfully Unblocked All Process Links for Mass Production of All-Solid-State Batteries] Lead Intelligent Equipment stated on the interactive platform that, in the field of solid-state batteries, as a full-line solution service provider for all-solid-state batteries with complete independent intellectual property rights, the company has successfully unblocked all process links for the mass production of all-solid-state batteries. The whole line of products can flexibly adapt to various electrolyte material systems (polymers, oxides, sulphides, etc.), covering the preparation of all-solid-state electrodes (including mixing and dry, wet electrode composite equipment), the preparation and transfer printing of all-solid-state electrolyte membranes, bare cell assembly (including the next generation of solid-state stacking machines, frame printing equipment), densification equipment (isostatic pressing equipment and other densification equipment), and high-pressure formation and grading, and other key equipment for all-solid-state battery manufacturing, achieving multiple technological breakthroughs in core links.[T5/]

So far, the company has reached equipment cooperation with multiple leading domestic and overseas enterprises, delivering core solid-state battery equipment for various processes to top battery customers, well-known automakers, and emerging battery clients in countries and regions such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, as well as domestically. It has also successfully provided mass-production-level solid-state battery full-line solutions. The related products have been highly recognized by customers and have gradually received repeat orders, with expectations of continued volume growth. (Cailian Press)

[Trump's Policies May Lead to Cancellation of Tax Incentives, GM Reduces Bolt EV Planned Production]General Motors stated that due to demand uncertainty, it will adjust the commissioning plan for the Chevrolet Bolt EV: originally scheduled for "two-shift" production at the Kansas plant, it will now start with a "single shift" from December. Trump's previously proposed $3.4 trillion fiscal plan, in addition to canceling EV purchase incentives, also abolished the rule requiring carmakers to pay fines if they fail to meet federal fuel economy standards. [China Advertising Association: Unscrupulous Car Marketing is a Sign of "Rat Race" Competition, Need to Hit the "Brakes"]In response to public doubts raised by some automakers' advertising and marketing practices, the China Advertising Association issued a statement on September 4, emphasizing that car manufacturers, dealers, and marketing agencies must not ignore the basic legal and moral bottom lines. They should put on the "safety belt" of law and morality for normal advertising and marketing communications, and both the auto industry and society need to hit the "brakes" on unscrupulous advertising and marketing. The association noted that the frequent occurrence of unscrupulous marketing in intelligent connected vehicles is a "lose-lose" situation for all parties, representing "rat race" competition within the industry, disrupting market order; for honest and lawful operators, it constitutes unfair competition; for consumers, it infringes upon their statutory right to consumer safety; and for the brands themselves, aside from the adverse impact of penalties for violations, the loss of trust due to societal skepticism can be devastating to the brand.
